In April 2014 I left a successful career in oil trading logistics–and Switzerland, my residence at the time–to return to New York City and pursue my lifelong passion for acting. It was a daunting leap, but one that continually fills me with excitement, motivation, and determination.
I dove immediately into the Summer Conservatory at Atlantic Acting School and continued training in Atlantic’s 2015 Evening Conservatory. That program culminated in July 2015 with the performance of an original play, Amazing the Change by Danny Mitarotondo, at the Linda Gross Theater in New York City. At Atlantic, I had the pleasure of studying with many amazing teachers who honed my acting technique, expanded my work in classical and contemporary plays, and taught me to be in the moment. In addition to Atlantic, I continue to enjoy and learn from classes at The Barrow Group, SITI Company, and others.
My love of performing, singing, and dancing has been alive since my early childhood. At a young age I was featured in a couple episodes of Sesame Street. During high school I spent summers performing in summer stock musicals, and after college I performed in community musicals whenever I could.
In my free time I love cooking and baking with my sisters, practicing yoga, attending dance classes, reading plays and novels, or planning my next trip to a far-flung city, beach, or snowy mountain to satisfy my travel bug.
